the real question

The real question is: what are you creating with your life?
Modern science and ancient wisdom both tell us that the observer affects that which is observed. We all live within our own totally private and personal universe. My mindset and outlook influence and inevitably dictate my reality.
Look at what happens when you consciously change your attitude towards something or life in general. Somehow, mysteriously and magically that part of our life shifts, changes, transforms. It no longer bothers us as much and we regain control.
We have spoken before about being a tripartite being: body, mind and soul. But we forget. The world takes over and our physical, material, daily life takes over, and we become overly fixated on what is happening out there. We give away our power. We believe we are the victim of circumstance being blown in the wind.
Or we simply drift because we are tired and overloaded by all the noise, clutter and mayhem that is going on around us. We lose our inner peace and tranquillity. We give into worry, anxiety and restlessness. We become stressed.
We lose the joy and sanctity of life.

So, we need to stop and take stock. To truly appreciate the gifts, the blessings, the marvel of life. Start with your breath. After all, the breath is the beginning and end of life. No breath – no physical life. Moreover, the breath is the doorway, the portal between body, mind and spirit. Consciously focusing on deep, rhythmic, slow breathing is the simplest and fastest way to return to balance and equilibrium.
Whenever you are agitated or troubled, worried or fearful, stop, relax and breath deeply. And then focus on what is right and good in your life. Count your blessings. Be grateful. Be positive and optimistic and the world changes. When you smile, the world smiles with you. When you frown, you frown alone.
So, examine your life: what are you creating? What experiences are you giving yourself? The essential paradigm shift that is occurring on planet Earth is that you are not the victim of circumstance but the co-creator of your life. If it is happening, you either created it or allowed it to happen to you. If you do not like something, chose again, chose differently.
Be victorious. Be bold. Be excited and happy.

Create that loving partnership with your life and whatever you believe the divine principle to be. Whatever your belief about it does not matter, only that you build that successful working partnership so that you create what you want your life to be.
